HOW TO  RETURN YOUR ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION PRODUCT

We Know You will Love Your New Purchase! But just in case... Here's How To Return Your Unit:

BRE Product Return Policy is as follows:

  • All shipments have been checked twice.  Please inspect your shipment promptly and report any shipping damage or shortages to us within 2 (two) days of receipt.

  • DO NOT dispose of any damage packing or goods.

  • If purchased from an authorized dealer, you must conform to their individual return policies.  To return or exchange a product, call your authorized dealer for their return/exchange policy procedure.

  • If purchased directly from Bethel Refuge Enterprises,Inc.(Purified Water and Air Products.com) call BRE at (866)-478-1092 for a RETURN AUTHORIZATION #.   BRE MUST BE notified within 30 days, of receipt of unit for return /exchange eligibility. All returned merchandise MUST BE received in undamaged condition. 

  •  Merchandise received at our facility without an RA# clearly marked on the box will not be accepted. Therefore, credit cannot be issued.

  • Merchandise with an RA# must be received within 15 days of issuance of RA# from BRE.

  • Any returned or refused delivery of products are subject to any necessary rebuilding of returned item to "as new" condition, will result in a restocking and rebuilding charge.

  • Shipping expenses are not reimbursable on any returned or refused delivery.

  • All Whole House Systems and components are custom configured and are NOT RETURNABLE.

NOTE:When returning your filtration product, please ship it UPS ONLY, NOT US POST OFFICE.  You must insure the unit for your FULL purchase price plus shipping.  If we receive the unit back damaged, we will notify you and you must file a claim with UPS.  We cannot issue a credit or refund on returned goods received damaged by a carrier.  You must settle the claim with the carrier.

Breakage: we package every order with great care so it will arrive to our customers in good condition.  However, sometimes packages can become damaged in shipment. If you receive a damaged package, contact us immediately! Save the original shipping carton in case an inspection is necessary by the carrier.  

WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGE THAT MIGHT OCCUR IN THE SHIPMENT OF YOU PRODUCTS THAT ARE BEING RETURNED TO US.

Return Product Procedure

1. Call Bethel Refuge Enterprises, Inc. at 1-866-478-1092 to authorize and process your return or exchange.  You will be given a Return Authorization (RA) number.  This RA number must appear on the outside of the package you are returning or your return will be refused.

3. We require you to keep the original  shipping carton and packing material.  You will need the packaging if exchanging or returning your unit.  Make sure you insure the return shipment for the original purchase price, plus shipping.  YOU MUST RETURN YOUR PACKAGE BY UPS ONLY.
