The new CWR Crown Ceramic/Alkalizing Filter utilizes a unique remineralizing cartridge that infuses a proprietary blend of normal minerals into the filtered water. This increases the alkalinity and pH of the product water which has many benefits. Raising the pH between 8-10 helps rebalance an acidic system and improves our cellular physiology and resistance.

THE CWR CROWN CERAMIC/ALKALIZING FILTER

Mineralization:
Remineralizes tap water by infusing normal, healthy minerals such as Calcium Carbonate. Water is not electrolyzed, thus producing a more naturalized mineralization.

Alkalinity:
Raises the pH of drinking water in the range of 8-10, which is closer to physiological pH levels. Does not produce unhealthy acidic water.

Taste:
Taste and quality of filtered, alkalized water is far superior to alkalizing machine water.

Design Features:
Operates without electricity. The filter is independently controlled from the central faucet. Installation can be above or below the counter top.

Cost:
Unit cost is substantially lower than Alkaline machines. Ceramic filter is cleanable. Replacement filters cost much less than alkalizing machine filters.

STANDARD ALKALIZING UNITS

Will only concentrate the existing minerals in the water. Does not work efficiently with soft water. Ionized, electrolyzed water is not a natural form. Tends to make the pH level too high, and often over alkalizes the water. Traditionally produces acidic waste water as a by-product. Most units employ a small, untested and non-certified carbon filter that is unable to reduce parasites, heavy metals and bacteria. Strictly for drinking and basic rinsing. pH levels can be as high as 11 — producing an astringent and unpleasant taste. Requires electricity. Adds cost. Some units are controlled by a central faucet, which often interferes with normal flow. Counter top installation is often the only option. Some higher priced units exceed $4.000 at retail. Costly filters cannot be cleaned.
